Client Portal Information

Portal Information

You will receive an e-mail from Thomson Reuters and this email will instruct you on how to register your portal. If you do not see this in your regular inbox, please check your junk mail.

Registering Your Portal

You will need a login user name and a password. We suggest using your e-mail address as your login user name.

The password must be at least 8 characters long and must have a number and a punctuation mark. (Example: Abcdefg1!)

Once this is complete, you may want to book mark the website so that you will always be able to locate the login screen.

 

Retrieving New Client Form

  1. Log Into your portal.
  2. Locate the File Exchange portion of the portal. It is on the left side of the screen under the NetClient CS Menu
  3. Once you have opened the file exchange there will be a correspondence folder to open
  4. Once you have opened the correspondence folder, you will see our new client form, select the document and choose the download selected button
  5. This will download a the folder as a zip file, locate the folder and right click and choose extract all
  6. Once that is completed you should be able to open the document and fill out the information and save the document.

 

****Note: All documents that are in the Correspondence folder expire two weeks after they have been uploaded.

When you are ready to send the document back to us along with copies of your last two years of tax returns, please follow the instructions below.

 

Uploading Documents through File Exchange

  1. Log into your portal.
  2. Locate the File Exchange portion of the portal. It is on the left side of the screen under the NetClient CS Menu
  3. Once you have opened the file exchange there will be a correspondence folder to open
  4. Open the correspondence folder and choose the upload button
  5. In the new window choose add files at the left side bottom of the screen. Locate and choose one document at a time to upload.
  6. Once you have the document that you want to send us, then choose the start upload button which is located next to the add files button
  7. Repeat steps 4 through 6 until you have sent us all the documents that you wanted to send to us.
  8. Once this has been completed, an email will be sent to us and we will retrieve the documents that you have sent us.
