Office: 727-398-2080 ext. 106 Jessica has been a member of the CPA Partners team since 2013. Jessica graduated from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico May of 2008 with her Bachelor of Accounting. Jessica obtained her Certified Public Accountant license from the State of New Mexico in October 2011. Jessica also holds a Certified Public Accountant license from the state of Florida, obtained in June 2014. Jessica has worked in both the private and public sector of Accounting. Jessica primarily works with small to medium sized businesses, providing business structure and consulting services, tax preparation, tax planning, and QuickBooks Desktop & Online support. Jessica was installed as the Treasurer for the Board of Directors for the Greater Seminole Area Chamber of Commerce in January 2015, and served on the Board of Directors until January 2017.
Jessica loves working in the Seminole area and appreciates the opportunity in working with local business owners.

Office: 651-400-2359 ext. 122 Melissa has been a member of the CPA Partners team since 2011 and is primarily located out of our Minnesota location. Melissa graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St Paul, Minnesota in May of 2003 with her Bachelor in Accounting, and her Masters of Business Administration for the University of Regis in 2012. Melissa obtained her Certified Public Accountant license from the State of Florida and Minnesota. Melissa's career had been in both public and private accounting, where she worked in small business financial statement preparation and consulting, business, non-profit, and individual taxes, non-profit and college audit and GAAP & GAAS compliance. Melissa attends Woodbury, MN; Seminole, FL; Tampa bay Beaches, FL; and Central Pinellas, Fl Chamber of Commerce events. She is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA's, the FICPA, and the AIPCA. In her free time, she spends time with her two daughters. They enjoy outdoor walks with their dog, the beach whenever they can go, dance parties, checking out new restaurants, outdoor markets, traveling and enjoying local culture. Dennis specializes in entity structures and tax planning for closely held companies and their owners. Prior to establishing CPA Partners, Dennis was a partner with a large central Florida accounting firm and the President and chief executive officer of a private company. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1999 and began his accounting career in 2000. His experience expands far beyond accounting though, this Navy and Gulf War Veteran was also once a Navy Weapons Systems Instructor and is currently a local business owner. Mark owns Salty Dog Charters and enjoys spending his free-time on the water, fishing and attending local sporting events. He and his wife have been married for 20+ years. They have two wonderful children together. His daughter attends USF St.Pete and his son is a local charter boat captain. She is originally from Illinois, but has called Florida home for the last 30 years. From budget analysis to payroll tax returns, Natalie can do it all. She received her accounting degree in 2000 from International College in Naples, FL and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. She and her daughter, Joy, reside in Palm Harbor and love to spend time with family. When Natalie isn’t working, she and her daughter love to travel and go on cruises. In specific, Natalie loves Europe and getaway trips to the mountains. Office: 727-398-2080 ext. 110 Doris has been a member of the CPA Partners team since 1998. She is the 1040 Tax Manager, specializing in individual tax returns. She is originally from Indiana and took an early retirement from AT&T in 1993 after 25 years of service as a Manager. She then worked for H&R Block and a large Indiana accounting firm for several years preparing 1040 returns. She and her husband started coming to Florida for the winters in 1998, but Doris wanted to find some part time tax preparation work to keep busy, and the rest is history. She works full time during tax season and as needed the rest of the year. Florida has been her permanent residence since 2002. She spends her summers up north between Kentucky at their summer home on Nolin Lake and Indiana where her 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren live.
Doris and her husband, Jim, have been married over 50 years. In her free time, Doris enjoys spending time with her husband going out to dinner, biking, and taking walks with their collie dog, Skye. She & Jim are avid movie fans, going to a show every week. In the summers she is boating when in Kentucky and playing taxi driver for her grandchildren when in Indiana.

She has her Associates in Business Administration and has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 12 years. Because of her love of math, Toni chose accounting as an elective her senior year of high school. The rest, as they say, is history. She has worked in every area of accounting for both public and private companies since her freshman year of college. Toni specializes in small business tax and accounting and individual income tax returns. Originally from upstate NY, she met and married her husband, Steve, here in Pinellas County 23 years ago. Wendy graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor in Business Administration. She has over 15 years of Bookkeeping experience. In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Gronk. In 2020, she moved to the Saint Petersburg area. Bianca has been a five year tax season survivor in both the accounting, tax preparation, and administrative side. She is currently pursuing a degree in accounting at State College of Florida.
